Nutrition Prep program empowers you to take control of your health and make healthy eating easy, delicious and affordable. Below is an outline of what you can expect to receive from the program after you sign up as well as a weekly time-line.
Nutrition Prep Includes:
- Menu -  4 weeks of healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as dessert and snacks ideas. That’s 84 healthy meals a month!
- Shopping list – Checklist of foods and ingredients to help make trips to the grocery store easier and quicker
- Wednesday Check – Ins- Every Wednesday we will check in with you via email, telephone or Skype; whichever method you prefer to find out how the week is going, discuss solutions to challenges and celebrate your successes!
- Online Support- We have a blog that you are encouraged to use to chat with fellow “Nutrition Prep-ers” to discuss the successes and challenges you’re experiencing. We also are available via email (add email address) to discuss the program.
- Nutrition Prep Kitchen – You will have access to a password protected site for “members only” . On-demand guidance is provided for prepping and cooking healthy, easy meals! You will find shopping tips, eating out guides, photos and much more.
Nutrition Prep Weekly Timeline
Once you have signed up for Nutrition Prep a typical week will look like this -
- The following Thursday you will receive your recipes and shopping list
- You will shop for the foods and ingredients on Friday or Saturday
- Sunday you will carve out 1-2 hours to chop veggies, marinate your meat and plan out meals based off your choices on the menu
-Â Monday through Saturday you will enjoy the healthy and delicious meals while utilizing the support tools provided
- Wednesday – you will receive your “check- ins” to discuss the program
- Thursday – you will receive your next week of recipes and shopping list
