Before jumping into Nutrition Prep you may have some questions therefore we are here to address them and put your mind at ease.

Q.  Do I need cooking experience to participate?

A.  Absolutely not!  Our program is designed for any cooking level.  We  provide written and visual instructions to help in preparing the meals.  Our menu’s and prep are easy as 1,2,3!

Q.  What types of food will I be eating?

A.  Our meals plans consist of protein, vegetables and fruit.  A sample meal is:  turkey meatballs, squash and berry sherbet.

Q.  Will you customize my meals if I am allergic to certain food or dislike certain food?

A.  YES, we will definitely customize your meals.  Please let us know which foods you are allergic to or foods you do not enjoy.

Q.  Can I drink alcohol while participating in Nutrition Prep?

A.  If you enjoy alcohol we advise you to limit your intake and choose drinks that are low in sugar such as vodka.

Q.  What about snacks?  Will you provide healthy snacks ideas for me to eat?

A.  YES, we include snacks in the weekly menus.

Q.  How is Nutrition Prep LLC different than other diets on the market?

A.  Nutrition Prep LLC is not a diet; it is a lifestyle program!  Our service is a guide to a LIFESTYLE of Healthy Eating providing  recipes, shopping lists, an on0line kitchen and verbal/online assistance with a REAL PERSON to guide you during this LIFESTYLE CHANGE.

A.  YES,  we consume to much fast food, processed food, sugar.  Our plan guides you to eat HEALTHY NATURAL FOODS. This is not a trick and not a play on words!    Back to the basics proteins, vegetables, fruits and some nuts.  You will be taught to infuse flavor into foods and prepare in advance for meal time.  This is not time consuming work we take the hassle out and make meal prep fun/easy!
