Not a diet, a LIFESTYLE CHANGE!

Your first warm welcome email put me at ease.  I have tried so many diet plans, counted, sorted you name it!  My choices are basic Meat, Veggies, Fruit and some Nuts.  Your recipes are INCREDIBLE.  I love watching your groups prepare meals on my computer, my questions are answered and I only wish I was there to taste your sugar free sauces and marinades.  I purchased the muffin tins first and followed your easy to prepare recipes, I cannot believe how easy it is to prep my meals for the work week.  You make serving sizes easy and the food is fresh and tastes GREAT!  You were right, I get home from work hungry I pull out a meal I prepared from the freezer and in 4 minutes I have a fresh meal!  Losing weight and staying healthy is about preparation!  I’m a believer and proud to say I have lost 20 pounds in 3 months!  The last ten to go, can’t wait to get your ever changing recipes next month!

Thanks Rebecca you have changed the lives of my ENTIRE FAMILY.  We were fast junkies racing from school to activities  to homework. Driving through the drive thru was a staple in my home.  I am embarrassed to say but my kids are over weight and it’s my fault.  I now feel empowered and we are all losing weight together but we are NOT depriving ourselves!  The food tastes so good!  The recipes are easy.  I spend 2 hours in the kitchen on Sunday, I watch you on my computer and laugh.  I use the Muffin Tins super idea,  the pre-formed servings make container storage and eating on the run a convenient thing to do.  We no longer want the drive thru, we come home to delicious and nutritious meals.  The kids have lost 8 pounds in a month without feeling deprived.  I thank you for saving my family! You advised me to stay active, I am walking the dog and should be able to work out this weekend.    I am sticking to your suggestions quite literally and have not felt too bad  I am missing  my favorite very high carb calorie foods but am determined to stick with this new way of life.

I don’t wanna jinx myself but  I’ve been feeling great!  I was just telling my boyfriend last night that I have yet to actually feel hungry!  I’m not skipping meals and I haven’t really felt hungry and cooking in muffin tins really helped me to not overeat as well great idea to make delicious FOOD in the perfect serving size.  Just eating what I need :-)   My work schedule is crazy!!!  I leave my house at 7:15 AM and don’t get home til almost 8:00 PM… so I make sure I eat breakfast cups, and pack my lunch and snacks of fruits and veggies to have throughout the day, I purposely over pack in fear that I will suddenly be hungry and get tempted to hit up a drive thru in between jobs, however, I haven’t felt hungry and come home with a bunch of food still in my little cooler that I haven’t touched!!!!
